Dr. C. Riley Duck is a board-eligible otolaryngologist and fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a strong academic foundation and a meticulous, patient-centered approach to aesthetic facial surgery. She brings a unique blend of medical, surgical, and analytical expertise to ENT Specialists, offering patients thoughtful, individualized cosmetic care.
Dr. Duck completed her medical degree at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where she graduated with multiple academic honors and distinction in research. She then completed her Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery residency at Northwestern University’s McGaw Medical Center, gaining comprehensive training in both functional and aesthetic facial surgery. Following residency, she pursued advanced fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Rousso & Adams Facial Plastics Surgery Center, a nationally recognized program known for excellence in cosmetic facial procedures.
Dr. Duck’s cosmetic surgical interests include deep plane facelift techniques, blepharoplasty, forehead and brow lifting, and a full spectrum of facial plastic cosmetic procedures. She is particularly focused on achieving natural, balanced results that enhance each patient’s unique facial features while preserving facial harmony and expression.
In addition to her surgical training, Dr. Duck has an extensive background in clinical research and academic medicine, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and national presentations. Her commitment to evidence-based practice allows her to thoughtfully integrate the latest surgical techniques and innovations into her aesthetic work.
